Thank you for shopping with Seasonal Baby Clothes! We want you and your little one to love what you ordered. Please read our policy below, as it reflects how our products are made.

Made-to-Order Items

Every item in our store is custom-made just for you at the time you place your order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns for 

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Color appearing slightly different on screen vs. in person

We strongly encourage you to review our size chart carefully before ordering, as baby and toddler sizing can vary between styles.

What We Do Cover

We will happily provide a free replacement or full refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • Your item was misprinted (wrong design, text, or placement)
  • You received the wrong item or size (our error, not yours)
  • Your order never arrived and tracking confirms it was lost in transit

How to Report an Issue

If any of the above applies to your order, please contact us at seasonalbabyclothes@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery To help us resolve it quickly, please include:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear photo of the item (and packaging, if damaged)
  3. A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we'll send a free replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method. Replacements are remade and shipped the same way as your original order, so please allow the same production and shipping time.
